      If landed in with good ownership and management there is great opportunity for growth within the company.

      Unfortunately It's hard to motivate upper management to make any changes that are obviously in need of change unless it's their ideal.

      Good pay - they will always hear out your inquiries for increase in pay rate and will definitely try to roll with it. Comfortable, laid back environment Repetitive work - it’s a pro if you like patterns and planning around them.

      Cons

      Standing on your feet for entire shift During slow hours it’s easy to run out of things to do.
