Pros

Good pay - they will always hear out your inquiries for increase in pay rate and will definitely try to roll with it. Comfortable, laid back environment Repetitive work - it’s a pro if you like patterns and planning around them.

Cons

Standing on your feet for entire shift During slow hours it’s easy to run out of things to do.

Pros

The position pays well and it's a great opportunity to develop customer service skills and interpersonal communication skills with customers. You learn how to multitask between computer systems and attend to customer needs all the meanwhile.

Cons

Not much of a con, but you must be comfortable working alone and be able to rely on your own intuition to answer customer inquiries while completing daily objectives

Best coworkers I've ever had. The pay was great, averaging about $25 an hour including tips.

Cons

It was hard to get extra hours on the schedule. Management sometimes played favorites.
