The area in which the hotel was located in a predominately Hispanic area. This forced me to learn to speak Spanish, which is very helpful. Job responsibilities are fairly easy. Paid breaks Free parking

Cons

Management is unprofessional, benefits are not great at all, lack of diversity in the staff, and very bias work culture.
