      Little engagement with guests throughout the night

      Can't leave until AM shift shows up, Not allowed to sit. Completely alone and no support from office manager

      Pros

      I’m close with the staff that have some longevity. Loyalty to them can only go so far.

      Cons

      The pay is absurd even though corporate will say that it’s “comparable”. We are a hotel and not a motel. So, the pay is NOT comparable no matter where you live or where your hotel is located.
