Pros

The position pays well and it's a great opportunity to develop customer service skills and interpersonal communication skills with customers. You learn how to multitask between computer systems and attend to customer needs all the meanwhile.

Cons

Not much of a con, but you must be comfortable working alone and be able to rely on your own intuition to answer customer inquiries while completing daily objectives

The line staff members are very dedicated

Change management companies very often which makes it had to stay involved. They say one thing do another lots of talking and backstabbing in upper management. If they don’t like you they run to owners and make up lies to force you out. They lie to your face and smile and yet say horrible things behind your back. They cut wages and took away insurance from employees that had it before. And should never judge a book by its cover you don’t know what’s behind the paint
