Pros

Discounted hotel, free coffee, discounts on most products and services

Cons

Low pay. High turnover. Understaffed. No time for breaks. Demeaning attitude from management, telling you to work faster. When workers complain to management about this behavior they tell you that rudeness is up for interpretation because "that's the beauty of the English language", even though demeaning behavior can take many forms and can be verbal or non-verbal and doesn't have to be an overt action. 🙄 So obviously this hotel cares more about proving their workers wrong than retaining employees.
