Some management cared.. They try to work around your schedule
Cons
Schedule conflicts or changing the schedule at last minute without notification. No protection provided for overnight staff in popular downtown hotel where safety was a huge concern. Micromanaging happened from everyone in management and you were expected to do a bunch of tasks not included in your role.
