      Pros

      Steady hours and availability to be on schedule. Flexible scheduling and time off if needed. Working here is a good starter job

      Cons

      Long hours and terribly unorganized. Expect to basically have no direction of task, a ton of call outs and drama. Internal promotions are rare.

      Pros

      Beautiful property to work at and great staff! Fun place to work! Close to many amenities and the guests were from across the country. Lots of hospitality training. Pay is competitive with the industry.

      Cons

      I have nothing negative to say regarding the company. It would be nice to have a little more pay above the industry average and more hours.
