I joined Springboard almost a year ago and it's the best job I've ever had. Managers get extensive training on how to approach professional development and I've never felt so supported or motivated to grow. The people I work with are intellectually curious, thoughtful, and kind. I always forget I've never even been to the office due to COVID because of how lively and inclusive the culture is even over Zoom and Slack Work life balance is wonderful and we even close one Friday a month for a wellness day and encourage everyone to unplug and step away. I have really appreciated this!

We are a super diverse group of ethnic backgrounds, social styles, interests. + International travel! We have a team offsite that brings together the Bangalore and SF office every year. I've been to 7 different countries with many people on the team which has been great.
