Pros

Decent health benefits. Ability to work from home. Good location in Midtown.

Cons

A young, fresh out of college culture. Very clique-oriented. Most of the leaders are young and don’t have much management experience. Take this into consideration if you've had a pretty substantial work background—you may have more work history/experience than your ‘team lead’. Very high turnover. Salary is very low considering the work load as well as the amount of tech companies in Atlanta that have the same position offering at least $20K more. Diversity is also lacking. Out of approximately 150 employees, there are only 10 people of color.

Pros

I'm incredibly grateful that I'm at Springbot where the people I work with are some of the nicest, supportive, helpful, trustworthy, knowledgeable, and competent co-workers I've ever had. From the top down, VP to managers, the leadership have gone above and beyond giving us every opportunity to learn, get better and accomplish our goals. The best part of the leadership at Springbot is it's not just limited to the VPs, managers or directors but everyone wants to see you succeed and will go out of their way to help you with whatever you need. They care the same if not more about your success then their own and you have the freedom to achieve your goals the way it fits you. So far Springbot has been a great place to jump-start my career in tech. Good location in Mid-Town Atlanta, fun events and culture, and a part of an exciting time for the company with a lot of potential growth in 2020.

Cons

Just like a lot of high volume sales jobs it's a grind, a lot of ups and downs and seasonality. If you're new to tech it can take a while to fully grasp everything and be fully ramped up hitting monthly goals but as long as you are a sponge and take advantage of all the people and resources along with of course working hard you will succeed.

Pros

Decent Compensation Ping-pong table Mostly nice people

Cons

Secret meeting of the “in-group” on the sales side. This seems to have very little to do with performance and much more to do with if they like you, Meeting where people are yelled at by managers for reasons unknown to the majority, extremely passive aggressive, Unrealistic metrics sent down by people who clearly dont understand the market, High customer churn masked by creative narrative writing on the part of the top level folks,
