Software company environment, large stocked kitchen, booze is allowed in the office.

Cons

Became more corporate after merger and acquisitions.

Pros

Company provided food and large kitchen are great. Good product. Each department is different but Implementations is mostly self directed.

Cons

Wages under market. Just merged with another company. Was not a lot of upward mobility and promotions sometimes given to those that hang out with upper management after hours, not always based on skill or other qualifications.
