Get to work on cool stuff in an interesting industry. A lot to learn and absorb from very experienced staff. Pretty flexible with schedule but mostly work in office.

Cons

Not the greatest benefits or organization but they are working on it.

The environment is clean safe an organized, the employees have excellent craftsmanship and take the complex work we do seriously. This place keeps you sharp.

Cons

Benefits are the bare minimum, 50% 401K matching up to 1%, no ppo healthcare, reimbursement program instead, no shift flexibility, reviews are years apart pay is non competive.
