The environment is clean safe an organized, the employees have excellent craftsmanship and take the complex work we do seriously. This place keeps you sharp.

Cons

Benefits are the bare minimum, 50% 401K matching up to 1%, no ppo healthcare, reimbursement program instead, no shift flexibility, reviews are years apart pay is non competive.
