Left due to micromanaging the pay is horrible for the amount of micromanaging that they offer and

Unlimited PTO the CEO and the environment is very lovely

Micromanaging is the worst and then the best part of it all is the manager never takes the time to come see you never tells you or wants to go over things via Zoom. We’re just slack you about it or have their lead tell you with them via Slack

Really bright coworkers to learn from. People are always pitching in. Great snacks and lunch. There's even a whiteboard on the fridge for restock requests.
