      Pros

      Beacuse Squint is multi disciplinary from arch viz and VFX to exhibition AV and 3D kids animation much of the work is very interesting. Likewise the people. A great mix of characters and a good athmosphere in an amazing studio.

      Cons

      Slightly unorganised at times, but I think this is normal for a busy company.

      Pros

      Great group of people from varied backgrounds collaborating for some impressive arch viz projects. Also producing high quality VFX, Cartoons and Interactive installations. Friendly environment and location.

      Cons

      Very quick turnarounds for big films.
