Some health benefits, many hardworking caregivers

Cons

Staff is underappreciated, HR is practically nonexistent, pay is abysmal and turnover is rampant.

Floor staff is great and the food is good.

Cons

The current culture is highly toxic from leadership to staff. St.charles does have some great people in leadership positions who are not given the opportunity to truly lead and be successful. Floor staff feels unsupported by direct floor leadership on several floors-not all floors.

Good luck trying to get higher in the company. If you don't start out as executive leadership, you certainly won't get there.
