Nothing good to say about working at the hospital

Cons

Management is manipulative and doesn’t have your best interest at heart, There are always favorites and those favorites get away with everything, Management states, “that’s just who they are” That’s just who they are? The hospital allows bullying.

Direct patient care staff and ancillary services make a great team.

Cons

Management does not support front line staff. Staffing ratio’s are great- if we only had staff. Lean process really takes a hit on the organizations morale and ability to support the community. Everything is about budget and supporting management.
