St. Charles is genuinely focused on what it best for the patient. The IT organization is set up as a service organization - focusing on providing valuable service to caregivers. Multiple options to provide a good work/life balance in a place where most love to play and live life as hard as they work.

Cons

The bureaucracy at St. Charles can be frustrating. It takes a long time to make and implement decisions sometimes. Advancement within IT can be slow and based upon years of experience rather than performance.
