Variety between healthcare venues. The community is very nice. Loved the patients. Fair pay scale, good benefits. Some nice doctors, some not.

Cons

"Small town clique" mentality. Hostile environment, imposible to satisfy all who felt like they were in charge. Manage by intimidation. No positive feedback, just negative.
