Your coworkers seem to care about their job. I had probably the best manager of any job I have had, which made a huge difference in the experience.

Cons

The company suffers from upper management groupthink. Decisions take forever to be made and trickle down, which leads to "solutions" well after the fact.

Great salary and benefits. Good co-workers. If you like living in Central Oregon, they are a great employer and take care of their employees.

Cons

When I was working at SCHS there was a of scope creep on jobs. Executives would regularly change the direction of the organization, and priorities got inserted in full schedules causing large work loads for employees.
