      Best people you’ll ever work with! Decent pay compared to other locations. Love the people I work with

      Administration is terrible. Employees are treated like cogs in a wheel and are drained of every last bit of service they can provide. Administration touts an “open door policy,” but every suggestion is ignored. The turnover rate is really high due to burnout. During covid they refused to provide PPE to certain employees. They do not provide sick leave for covid.

      -Great Department & coworkers. -Everyone works together as a team.

      Cons

      -Executive administration lacks diversity. -The title looks to be a manager role that was downgraded to a supervisor role. -Salary is low compared to the duties. -The religious beliefs don’t match the actions of the organization. -Too too heavy when it come to C-suite administrators.
