Pros
Best bonuses in the area, better staffed than other hospitals in the Cincinnati to area. More resources, less work for the nurses who work in the area (I.e. pharmacy will check your heparin labs and adjust dosing for you, an IV therapy team, etc). C-suite representatives are available to listen to nurse feedback directly via the nursing forums and implement change if able. System-wide float pool to help assist with staffing challenges,
Cons
Lower base pay than other hospital systems within the area. Where you work/which floor you work on will determine the culture, and can vary wildly from floor to floor. Petty drama between unit managers and RNs of different floors which is just so silly.
