Great salary.That is about it.

Cons

All depends where you work. If you are in the apartment program, you will be surrounded by awesome people. It's like a family. If you are in residential, it all depends what house you work. You can end up with sour and bitter people that should have left the field years ago.

It prepares you for a career in law enforcement because you are constantly dealing with many different types of people. You see much more in security here on 2nd and 3rd shift.

Cons

Supervisors and management don't support the employee. You can do everything right and still you get stabbed in the back.
