Good pay, lots of OT if you want it.

Cons

10 dollars a month for uniforms. It’s only 2.50 a week, but all that does is make the Company a lot of money! That’s 120 dollars a year for every Security Officer! No Holiday pay. I’m a full time employee and never received Holiday pay.

No work life balance, no respect, you get paid less as an ops manager that has multiple sites whereas a site director that has one site. Staffing issues, high turnover rate. Multiple pay issues every pay period
