Not a lot of pressure, do your rounds and make necessary reports.

Cons

Not good pay, benefits out of pocket, only given two uniforms; long sleeve and short sleeve. Management can't find employees or other opportunities and ignored request for information and uniforms.

It was a supervisory role as a contact between guards, management and clients. It felt like an important responsibility.

Cons

Forced to work 3rd shift consistantly after stating availability to work only 1st and 2nd shift
