Odds are you will be hired on the spot if you have a guard card and a pulse! Quick placement most of the time!

Cons

Disorganized Management Team, Poorly trained & Inexperienced Supervisors, The schedule is rarely done for more than a day or two ahead of time. I often don't know when or where I'm working the next day until 9pm the night before!
