Very great on the benefits and depending on which floor you work on, there is more flexibility to work and a lot of room and avenue for overtime if you willing to work on other units. I love how how I am able to control my benefits and retirement plan with just a click. My work schedule is only on the weekends but yet get paid as full time. You get to meet the CEO Ono the first day of orientation and the board members which is awesome.

Cons

It could get really busy on some days.
