Pros

While it may sound cliche, it definitely starts with the people. Basically everyone who I interact with on a daily basis also happen to be people who I enjoy spending time with outside of work. Re: the work itself, the company is extremely supportive and encourages organic growth/promotion from within. New ideas and suggestions are strongly supported. Emails frequently consist entirely of gifs.

Cons

The co-founders are Australian so, if you're like me, it may take some time to adjust to their accent. But the slang is HEAPS of fun. Bogan.
