Benefits are great. A lot of staffing to cross cover. MD’s are skilled and kind to work for. Locations are mostly new. It’s a well established brand and compensation is competitive. Room for growth in most positions.

Cons

HR is not helpful, one sided and difficult to be trusted in having your back. Management tends to be toxic. High turnover in all specialities.
