in the float pool I get to experience different departments every shift, work with different age groups. NM and ANM are supportive and kind and both the psych team and float pool team are supportive and helpful

Cons

I’m often doing video monitoring most days, whereas during interviews I was told I would mostly be working on the psych floor.
