Pros

Salary and benefits are very good but the Human Resources Dept are uncaring on a personal level.

Cons

Promotions in the nursing department are based on friendships and not merit. Dedication to the patients was not valued by management. Older workers are not appreciated and frequently the target of bullying / harassment by younger supervisors. Parking is very difficult on site.

Pros

Employees work with professionals with higher education who are always providing the latest in health care and health programs.

Cons

They are developing their management style; they are not quite there yet. They don't have a culture and mission that promotes employee trust and growth.
