Administration is backstabbing, cut throat. Overloads managers, gives little credit and is quick to blame others instead of themselves. Why do you think this hospital is in Debt?

Pros

I worked for SHIP- Stamford health integrated practices. Aside from the management, the staff was awesome. They made the day bearable. Because people were always leaving, we had lots of parties. That's the only thing I miss.

Cons

Unorganized, unprofessional, horrible benefits, high turnover. Management was clueless. They hired airheads for supervisor, senior management & executives positions. Promotions & pay are a joke....they barely exists!
