Planetree attitude, everyone is treated with respect. It is an enjoyable work atmosphere and never hostile. A truly nice work environment.

Cons

Little room for advancement, and high management turnover. When the market is slow, management is quick to pull perks and benefits from employees rather than searching for other solutions.
