No onsite opportunity. Lacking in growth

During my tenure of around 11 years in the IT industry, I generally had positive experiences working with different teams and managers. However, in my last assignment with the Freesia team under Trade Express, I faced challenges with my reporting manager. I felt there was a lack of adequate guidance and support while understanding business functionality. Even when I reached out with genuine questions, I often found it difficult to get a few minutes of clarification, whereas others appeared to receive more assistance. I also experienced frequent status checks, sometimes on an hourly basis, which created unnecessary pressure and made me feel singled out. I believe a more supportive, collaborative, and consistent management approach would help create a healthier work environment for all team members.
