The people are great and I enjoyed what I did there

Cons

Unfair wages. There's 7% inflation of currency every year but raises are capped out at 3%. I was making 5l $5 less per hour than the person with no college degrees and less experience.

your pay is different evey week depending on the mistakes of others heard the big boss who was running it randy reeves was terminated so it might not be a bad place to work now

Very family oriented business. Nice work environment. Believe in Eco-friendly materials. Have all variety positions available.

Cons

My department managers were not very good support when it comes to my disability needs where they won't include me in weekly meetings or having interpreters provided on last minute notice meetings. Lot of miscommunications among manager and co workers. Some co-workers are not very helpful when it comes to workloads.
