      Large international minded organisation with great history in the US

      Cons

      UK senior Management is appalling and akin to the dark side in Star Wars. Lots of in fighting and poor leadership. If your face fits you need to keep massaging the Leadership ego to remain. Suspicious ethics and clearly little care for the employees or the equality act/sex discrimination. None of the Directors can make decisions as the MD tells them what is what!

      Managers treat people differently. Takes forever to get to a reasonable wage. Raises are poor. Job security is scary.
