Benefits were good, accrued PTO every pay period

Cons

Mechanics have been on permanent OT for past 3 years Very little training offered to mechanics Morale is very low Raises are not guaranteed every year More often than not management will want you to come in on your days off If you’re not on an OT schedule, more than likely there is no work and you will be sent home without pay Hangar is very disorganized

The people here are all very nice and the benefits were very good.

Cons

The original company was Vector Aerospace but was acquired by StandardAero. Not long after the acquisition, they closed the Richmond facility and laid a lot of people off.
