      Pros

      The thing that sicks out the most is the friendliness of fellow employees, the cleanliness of the facility and the hours were perfect for me as a 2nd shifter. Decent hourly wages for Composite Tech's, new with no experience, can expect to pull in around $11.00/hr. CompTech II usually get around $12 to $15 an hour depending on how much they like you. I recomend this job. Well managed facility.

      Cons

      The speed with which you are expected to catch on is very fast. Must be good at attention to detail and follow directions to the letter. This however is not really a con, just a heads up.

      failing, no leadership to fix/change that. will at some point close as the other facilities.
