Good benefits, friendly environment, many opportunities to grow within the company.

Cons

Crisis of middle level management. Lack of communication between: upper management-HR department-middle management-shopfloor workers in terms of hurtles in production process, workers' skills level etc. As a result: a lot of wasted time meaning financial losses. Also getting a pay raise takes a very long time.

Clean and safe shops. Decent benefits

Cons

Clawing back our benefits over time. Giving new employees larger starting wages and larger raises while ignoring the experienced employees. Massive favoritism. Cell leaders are not suited to manage a 2 employee gas station. HR doesn't follow policies and hides dangerous incidents. Pay is low.
