A lot of work diversity. Pay wasn't too bad. Worked with some really good fellow employees.

Cons

Wants salaried employees to work overtime for free. Management was a mixed bag with some good people, some terrible people. Layoffs are always a threat when business slows down.

Friendly and knowledgeable co workers.

Cons

They monitor with cameras worse than "big brother" to make sure you are not being idle, even if you have completed your work and cleaned your respective area. They hire mostly friends and family. At the same time they will fire you in a second if it meant pulling ahead for a promotion. Think Game of thrones temporary allies, How temporary depends on how useful you are or how well you can fly under the radar. This includes being outstanding at your job.
