Some of the people in middle management are stuck in their old ways and will not progress forward until they are replaced.

If you want overtime you can have it.

Cons

This company is very unprofessional. I was told by my boss and HR that I will be staying as late as possible and working as much as I can so the rest of my department will have minimal work. I am treated very unfair and constantly accused of things I have not done. Unfortunately for me I need the insurance for my wife.

4 10 hour day shifts

Cons

Management is terrible.... lack of organization....... most employees are lazy and management doesn't care. Company has no retention.
