      Average pay. Many oppertunities for cross-training, other job titles. great retirement plan company matches employees contribution people are very friendly and helpful. Safety is a priority. Great benefits

      Lack of work for a while now. Everyone scavenging to keep thier production up. Sometimes People are forced to transfer without letting an employee having a say. Not much bad working here for the years i been here. Just the workload at the moment is kind of not looking great for a while now.
