      Friendly workforce (shop floor) Good bunch of workers

      Cons

      No over time. Bad management at senior level. Minimal training for any systems you have never used. So much red tape that it's hard to even do your job. Dont have a clash of personalities with any senior manager. Your life will be hell and you'll constantly be watching your back.
