Pros

The people who work at SA are awesome people. Some of the hardest working people in the industry. Lots of exposure to other companies like GE and Snecma.

Cons

Very manager top heavy. Managment style Is sometimes frustrating to deal with.

Company offers 3 different shifts at their Cincinnati location, requirements are easy, job is not too challenging for someone with any mechanical and tooling experience prior

Cons

Training is not on par with most industries, needs optimized and modernized. Metrics and process flow does not always make much sense and are not ever clearly explained to employees when hired, you can find yourself waiting on work very often if you generally accomplish tasks in a timely manner. Management styles don't make sense in most departments, and management always seemed to work against betterment of employees. The entire company has been bought and sold a few times, and I have this feeling that with current company structure, they might not be around for a significant time frame more at current rate.
