      Wait dang do they think of my input entirely or is it something else 🤔

      Do they feel like I owe them to live a sustainable life I've been told that directly by bodine that he is the only reason I have a job even though I bust my tail take pride and responsibility in my position and continously get spit on

      Good benefits, friendly environment, many opportunities to grow within the company.

      Cons

      Crisis of middle level management. Lack of communication between: upper management-HR department-middle management-shopfloor workers in terms of hurtles in production process, workers' skills level etc. As a result: a lot of wasted time meaning financial losses. Also getting a pay raise takes a very long time.
