Pros

Flexibility and overall good people. Benefits and life/work balance is good. Feels like running your own businesses. Very knowledgeable employees, definitely learned and advance my career.

Cons

Pay could be better but it’s not bad either. People complain a lot as I can read in the reviews but I feel that’s because of the grass is always greener in the other side syndrome. SA is a good company and being employed there made me better and I am thankful for that.

Cons

Management is terrible.... lack of organization....... most employees are lazy and management doesn't care. Company has no retention.
