      Pros

      Lots of overtime because they can’t hire/keep new people. Good experience but no where to stay for a career.

      Cons

      I have never felt more like a number at any company. They are part of a portfolio and you can tell that nothing I mean nothing matters besides the numbers. The only way to get paid decent is to start at a good pay. If you start out at a bad pay they will very rarely give you a raise to keep up with the industry. They work you to the bone and nothing besides maybe a lunch is given for a thank you. Overall they keep getting worse and you can tell that corporate is so far disconnected from anything that actually goes on.
