The people are great, pay is good for this area.

Cons

No transparency or clear avenues for moving up. The company tends to hire from the outside rather than promote from within. The best way to get a promotion is to leave the company. Culture suffers as no on believes that their extra time and effort will be rewarded. Folks then stagnate and lose motivation.

Some decent people to work with, nine to five most of the time., free lunch every three months

Cons

Poor healthcare package, horrible H.R., the worst supervisor i ever had, a company that has no clue, they try to guilt you into a 6 day week,and then tell you your family means nothing to them, the company comes first.
