Some good people who mean well and care about their teams. Decent pay rates. Not a lot of corporate BS at the shop floor level
Cons
Limited opportunities for advancement. If you like what you are hired to do, great because you will be doing it for the rest of your time there. Management focused on providing profits to private equity owners, to exclusion of almost everything else. Always chasing the next big merger and acquisition target. Limited opportunity for career growth or advancement, no investment in training or development.
