Standard aero is growing at such a rapid pace management can’t afford to get rid of employees. People are late daily, don’t show up, and some are obviously on drugs and absolutely nothing is done about it. They are growing so fast they can’t afford to risk losing employees to drug testing. This obviously creates a hazardous and unsafe work environment. There are some great people there that they will lose because the company won’t give raises to the employees who deserve it.
